I have been organizing teams since September 2016, when I founded Wroclaw Synergy Group. During this time, I have personally closed 217 recruitment processes for key director positions. My career path began in the HR department of a large manufacturing plant in Bielany Wrocławskie. There I learned that one poorly selected leader can generate 47 thousand zlotys in losses in just two months. I transferred this experience to Wroclaw Synergy Group. Today, I help company owners from Wroclaw and the surrounding areas build structures in which everyone knows what they are getting paid for. To put it bluntly, we are not the cheapest, but our bonus systems actually balance the company budget.
