Finding a leader is not a TV casting

To put it bluntly, we are not the cheapest on the market, but at Wroclaw Synergy Group, we know how much a mistake in choosing a director costs. Since September 2016, when we opened our office on Świdnicka St., we have helped fill 47 C-level positions in Wroclaw and the surrounding areas. We don't send hundreds of CVs. On average, we present only 4 candidates, but 92.4% of them stay in the company for longer than 2 years. Numbers don't lie – we save your time because we do the preliminary screening ourselves, checking real delivered results, not pretty adjectives in a LinkedIn profile.

A process we close in 19 business days

Most agencies promise mountains of gold and search for someone for months. For us, the average time from signing a contract to sending a short list of verified people is exactly 18.7 days. How do we do it? We have our own database of 1,238 managers from Lower Silesia whom we know personally. We know who is thinking about changing jobs before they even mention it. Battle-tested verification methods allow us to assess whether a given candidate will fit into a remote or hybrid work culture, which is key for team stability in 2025.

No beating around the bush about costs

We charge a fixed project start fee of 4,850 PLN net, and we settle the rest of the remuneration only after success. Our commission is usually 17.6% of the candidate's gross annual salary. This is a fair deal. If the candidate leaves before 180 days, we look for another one without any additional fees. Such situations have happened to us only 2 times since 2021, but we honestly warn about it because we play with open cards. We are interested in concrete systems that work, not theoretical recruitment models.

Remote work culture is not just Slack

Most old-school managers fail at managing people they don't see at their desks. We look for people who can build authority through results and clear communication, not through time control. In 2024, we conducted 134 in-depth technical interviews, focusing exclusively on leadership skills in a digital environment. That is our specialty – we know how to fish out someone who will keep the team in check, even if half the people are in Portugal and the other half in the office on Huby.
