Our audit lasts exactly 14 business days. We focus on hard data and how your people feel in front of their webcams on Zoom. We don't evaluate office design because your people are sitting at home anyway. We look at 11 specific areas: from the recruitment process, through staff turnover, to the real effectiveness of your managers. In 2024, the average cost of a single specialist leaving in the service industry is about 47,340 PLN. Our task is to find holes in the system before another employee submits their resignation. Numbers don't lie – in one of the recent projects for a logistics company, we detected that 62% of new people were leaving due to communication errors on Slack.
A schedule that holds together
We work fast because we respect your time. On day 1, we collect documents and access to systems. On day 5, we talk to 7 selected employees from different departments. We don't ask them about dreams, only what annoys them most in their daily work. On day 12, we have the conclusions ready. We don't need your presence daily – 2 hours of your attention at the start and 1.5 hours for the summary is enough for us. To put it bluntly, we are not the cheapest on the market, but our report will fit on 5 pages and contains only specific steps to implement.
