There are 3 phases to our water restoration process:

Phase 1 – Emergency Response

We perform a detailed inspection of the affected area and then assess the level of damage. After our assessment is complete, we design a custom plan to execute the most effective and efficient restoration.

Phase 2 – Water Removal and Drying

While the restoration plan is being executed, we will continue to inspect your property to ensure that the job is being completed properly and thoroughly.

Phase 3 – Reinstallation and Cleaning

If needed, we reinstall all items that were removed to complete the job. Afterwards, the site is cleaned and then is returned to its pre-existing condition.

Our technicians thoroughly explain the restoration process and then provide a comprehensive guide to inform you of the steps that will be taken to complete the restoration process.

Our Process For Water Damage Service

Minimize damage while waiting for our technicians to arrive.

What to Do:

  • DO call professional help as soon as possible. Water damage and bacteria growth occur within hours of the incident.
  • DO move photos, paintings or other sentimental objects to a safe, dry location.
  • DO remove area rugs or other floor coverings not permanently attached.
  • DO lift draperies off the floor and hang in a dry place.
  • DO remove as much water as possible by mopping and blotting.
  • DO open drawers and doors throughout the property to enhance drying.

What NOT to DO:

  • DO NOT enter a room with standing water until the electricity has been shut down.
  • DO NOT attempt to remove wall-to-wall carpeting.
  • DO NOT remove books from shelves; rather pack them tightly to prevent warping of the pages until a professional can conduct specialized drying.
  • DO NOT use a regular household vacuum to remove water.
  • DO NOT disturb any visible mold.
